It’s never too late to start, however. Just read a news article that internet usage in SA will reach new heights in the next few years. Still time to specialise in any of the multiple VA niche areas out there!

I have just been certified by VA Classroom as an Internet Marketing Virtual Assistant and Social Media Marketing Assistant and can proudly say that I am the first South African VA to have done so.

Francis, this is an eye opening blog post. We as virtual assistants in South Africa tend to think that Virtual Assistance is all about normal administrative support and transcription and you have highlighted 4 excellent niches to specialize in. Especially after I’ve read the survey amongst African Businesses and what they are willing to spend on marketing.
